Doc Johnson Petite Flower Vibrator :: A sex toy review

I’ve been putting off this sex toy review for Sex Toys UK who sent me the product free to review because to be honest, I couldn’t get the vibrator to work.  So what can you say?

The Product:

Doc Johnson Petite Flower Vibrator

What they say:

This petite floral decorated vibrator from Doc Johnson is beautiful and buzz-tastic!

Covered in raised floral patterns, this vibe is sure to stimulate, tickle and titillate all your erogenous zones until you experience a peaking frisson of blossoming pleasure!

Each contour of the Petite Flowers Vibe will fill you with satisfaction. Made from a soft, body safe and comfortable material, it is sure to feel as amazing as it looks.

Multispeed, phthalates free and waterproof too, with a dial turn easy control.

You have two to choose from:

Lilac – Swirled shaft with blossoming flower raised patterns

Pink – Rose buds adorn the shaft to bring you extra stimulation

The details:

  • Power: AAA batteries x 2
  • Materials: TPE
  • Dimensions metric: 14cm x 2.5cm
  • Dimensions imperial: 5.5″ x 1″
  • Phthalate free

What I say:

More lovely packaging from Doc Johnson, it has the look of sex toys for surfers and festival goers to it.

I was sent the rose vibrator, so it  is pink with little pink raised rose designs along the shaft.  The shaft is flexible and the texture is slightly squishy, I know its a terrible description but I can’t think of better.  The head of the shaft has the vibrator elements in it, so it is heavy and  probably feels nice and firm pushed deep inside you.  I say probably because I couldn’t get the damned thing to work.

The vibrator takes two triple A batteries but no-where on the packaging or the vibrator does it tell you which way to insert them.  I have tried every combination, with brand new batteries and no joy, literally, so after several attempts I gave up and did what any one with a hot glue gun, a pair of googly eyes and a defunt vibrator would do, I decorated it.  So here, in homage to Dildo Bob, who is hosting a dildo decorating party at Cybermummy, is Veronica Vibe.

Any downsides?

I couldn’t get it to work and even with hot glue gun the googly eyes were really difficult to get to stick.

Conclusions:

Great packaging, can’t comment on the vibrator but I’ve got a dandy new desk ornament.

Where do I buy one and how much is it?

Buy the Doc Johnson Petite Flower Vibrator at Sex Toys UK and is currently on sale at £16

You should contact sextoys.co.uk – the customer service guys are awesome and on the rare occasions I’ve had problems with a purchase from them it’s been sorted super quick – mind you I’ve never glued googly eyes on the vibe before calling them so you may have blown that chance *lol*

I was reviewing the vibrator for them, honestly it didn’t work no matter which way the batteries went in.

ROFL! I kinda wish someone would send me a defunct vibrator so I can decorate it! I can’t bring myself to decorate my working ones!
